Submission of additions / corrections to applications

Dear applicant,
If you have additions (e. g. a recently released Master certificate) or important corrections (e. g. an amended correspondence address) to your application you can submit them here. Simply change your Application Form and/or Transcripts/Record of study/Certificates file accordingly.

Please note:
You have to submit BOTH
- a new Application Form AND
- a new Transcripts/Record of study/Certificates file
even if only one file contains additions / corrections.

The new files will REPLACE the old files! Consequently, they have to contain ALL relevant information including correct data submitted in the old version!

Mandatory fields are marked by an asterisk (*).
